We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Level Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Kineo GmbH UAE. As a Senior Level Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales department, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth across MENA region.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
· Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the executive team.
· Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
· Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize sales operations
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
· Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role
· Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Ability to travel as required
