Job Description – Team Lead Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our real estate team as a Team Lead – Sales. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate sales agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring the success of the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales goals and targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in achieving organizational objectives.
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Handle escalated issues or conflicts, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing reports and presentations to present to senior management.
Stay compliant with real estate regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
