Remote Sales Internship

We are looking for a sales intern to support our sales team in eCommerce and B2B/B2C selling. Our ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be willing to work in a team while still being able to work alone, exercise critical thought, be open-minded and adaptable, and have a meticulous eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Drive the commercial performance by providing input to the overall strategy.
Reach out to potential clients on behalf of the company and identify new business opportunities through networking and prospective database leads.
Help the sales department maintain customer relationships by making inquiries to recent buyers.
Communicate with prospective clients/customers via phone and email.
Demonstrate products to customers.

Essential skills:

Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Academic background in business, marketing, sales, business ops, or a related area, or previous experience in e-commerce, B2B/B2C sales, marketing, etc.
Responsibility to meet deadlines and being detail-oriented.
The ability to work both individually and with a team.

Desired skills:

Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Effective communication skills including speaking, active listening, and observing.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Prior entry-level sales experience is a plus.

More information:

Duration: The internship should ideally last between 3 and 6 months.
Hours: You must commit to working 20 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day. You will be required to fulfill daily tasks that can take from 2 to 4 hours.
Team: Your team will consist of 10-12 interns and a manager.
