Job Title: Sales Executive (Spare Parts & Accessories Wholesale)

Job Purpose: You will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of off-road vehicle spare parts and accessories to retailers, wholesalers, and workshops in UAE and GCC. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Negotiate prices, discounts, and terms of sale with customers
Provide technical assistance and advice to customers on product selection, installation, and maintenance
Prepare and submit quotations, sales reports, and forecasts to management
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant events to promote the company’s products and services
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in wholesale spare parts sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools
