Position : Chinese Cook
Experience : Minimum 1-3 years must have worked in a Chinese Restaurant as cook
Salary : AED 1500 to 2000 /= per month .
Working Hours : 11 hours daily ( including break for food)
Holiday : Weekly
Contract : 2 year
Joining time : Immediate
Applicant ‘s Criteria –You must have good experience in Chinese Cuisines cooking
Must have worked in Kitchen for a minimum 1-3 years , familiar with kitchen work activities , equipment handling , cleaningness and hygiene .
Must know proper CLEANING , WASHING & CUTTING of Vegetables , meat & seafood according to KOT order .
Must know preparation of ingredients as per KOT order.
Must know proper storage of food items and uses in FIFO basis.
Must know English writing & reading – able to make label on food packs / wrapper , storage and regular monitoring .
o Applicant must be smart at work , faster and good presence of mind, should be able to work independently.
