We are urgently looking for Kitchen Incharge (Chef) ( level of Junior Sous Chef/ Sr Chef De Partie) for a fast growing chain of Restaurant (Barbeque Filipino Cuisine) in the Dubai . The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the brand in providing exceptional food quality, presentation and Kitchen Management.

Responsibilities

We need a Team Leader who has experience of handling a team more than 6 Kitchen staff, you will be responsible for a smooth operation of Kitchen of high volume business and who can maintain our set standards of our recipes, cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen as per the standard of Municipality.

Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff

Qualifications

3-5 years’ of culinary or kitchen experience in the UAE preferably in Barbeque/ Filipino Cuisine
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Salary depends on your skills & experience AED 2500 to 3500 All in, + Overtime + Health Insurance + Standard benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
