Delegates Sales Executive

We are seeking a quick learner with compelling listening and negotiating skills. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the delegates’ sales process with excellent verbal and written English. An inherent understanding of generating leads, building relationships, and most significantly closing deals is a pre-requisite.

Research and generate leads for the relevant delegates’ profiles.
Actively promote and sell delegates’ space
Conduct telephone sales in order to generate new prospects
To actively seek out and follow through effectively on new prospects
Liaise with Associations and Trade Bodies
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current customers and prospects, understanding their business and marketing needs
To develop and manage the prospect database
To maintain contact with attendees and deliver a high standard of customer service
Submit sales prospects report to your line manager
To achieve individual and event revenue targets
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
2+ years’ experience in delegate or conference sales. (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
Strong time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines
A good business development acumen and commercially aware
Candidate must have an excellent command of at least one or all of the following
Language: English (MUST)
