Japanese Chef (A chef or cook who can cook Japanese Cuisines and Food).

Job Summary:

A Japanese chef is responsible for creating and preparing authentic Japanese cuisine using traditional cooking techniques and ingredients.

Qualification, Experience, Requirements:

High school diploma in Related profession.
2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
Chef or Cook should know to cook JAPANESE SALAD, HOT APPETIZERS, COLD APPETIZERS, SASHIMI, NIGIRI, TEMAKI, MAKIMONO, SIGNATURE MAKI, RICE & NOODLES, SUSHI, DESSERTS, RAMEN& SANDWICHES.

Duties or Responsibilities:

Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met and determines how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the restaurant.
