Sales Director

We are on the hunt for a talented and well-experienced SALES DIRECTOR to lead our sales department and who can add absolute value to our team. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.

WE ARE LOOKING:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience of the UAE Off-Plan real estate industry with proven track record in Sales

· Achieve revenue and KPI targets

· Proven experience as a Sales Director

· With a valid driving license and car

· Excellent in negotiation, organizational, communication, leadership and closing skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and strong work ethics

· Can speak and write English fluently

· Professional, presentable, honest and well-mannered

· Can work in a competitive environment

· Management and leadership experience

· Present to CEO regularly, provide forecasts and performance reports for the wider business

· Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets

· Establish a sales training program to train new employees and attend training to the Developer’s office with the agents

· In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
