Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, self-driven, resourceful professional to join our team and help us build our sales department, starting with the role of a “Senior Sales Executive”.
Key Responsibilities:
Build an in-depth understanding of our target market to classify & identify the right set of restaurants to partner with.
Set detailed and accurate sales long-term and short-term objectives.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, result tracking, and account management.
Manage a small team of junior sales executives.
Develop excellent relationships with customers and guide them to grow their business with our premium features.
Frequently undertake comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, new trends and paradigm shifts.
Help in the design of restaurants’ onboarding process.
Help in the configuration of the CRM system.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of relevant sales experience (indoor & outdoor value-based selling of F&B online platforms and marketing solutions)
High self-learning and upskilling abilities
Ability to work with great deal of autonomy
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent command of English & Arabic language
Good marketing research skills
Good database of contacts in the UAE F&B sector
UAE driving licence is a must
Startups experience is preferred
Hands-on experience in using CRM systems (Zoho CRM is preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
