We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled telecallers to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to home owners to be our prospective clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to home owners
Maintain customer records and update the database
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organisational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role in Real Estate
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Experience in a related industry is a plus
