We are actively seeking a qualified Sales and Marketing Executive of our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in commercial refrigerators, freezers, and coolers based in Sharjah, UAE.

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with master’s degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably marketing within the commercial refrigeration industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Arabic, and French.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the commercial refrigerators, coolers, and chillers product line.
Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote products through various channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for brochures, websites, and other promotional materials.
Translate technical specifications and marketing materials as needed.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
